Our first Relapse Prevention (RP) Class of the year has officially begun!
If you did not get a chance to sign up for this one, don't miss our next one. Check the dates below and contact us to enroll!
The Relapse Prevention Program was introduced to the Rescue Mission in 1995. It was called "Surviving the Past" because it focuses on facing the past hurt that has led to addiction. This program is Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual, addressing each one of these areas on an individual basis and in group sessions.
We offer a 13 week program with 10 students per class. There are a total of 5 classes per year, starting in January. Look out for the yearly class dates posted on our website and social media so you can sign up in time! There is limited space!
In addition to the program, we host A.A. meetings every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 pm inside our main building. The meetings are held in our Chapel and directed by our Chaplain, Steve Castruita. If you are unable to sign up for our class, the meetings should help you begin your recovery.
